Chicago rapper Juice WRLD has died, according to authorities.

The young artist, who turned 21 last week, suffered cardiac arrest at a private hangar at Midway Airport, where he had arrived by private jet.

A Chicago Fire Department spokesperson told the Chicago Tribune that paramedics were called to the hangar shortly after 2 a.m.

The rapper, born Jarad Higgins, was pronounced dead at Christ Medical Center, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Juice WRLD landed on the charts several times with hits including “Lucid Dreams” and “Wasted” and collaborated with an array of artists, including BTS, Ellie Goulding and Atlanta rappers Future, Lil Yachty and Young Thug.

Juice WRLD performed at the Coca-Cola Roxy in May and released his second album, “Death Race for Love,” in March.
