“The Room Where It Happens” will be empty for awhile.

The Fox Theatre is postponing the full run of “Hamilton” as the venue remains closed due to ongoing coronavirus precautions from city and public health officials.

The smash musical was scheduled to take place March 31-May 3. 

A statement from the Fox noted that ticketholders will be alerted to the updated schedule by March 27.

This is the second Broadway in Atlanta appearance of "Hamilton"; the national tour of of the Tony-gobbling musical debuted in Atlanta  in May 2018. 

As well, the postponed engagement of “Miss Saigon” - which was slated for March 17-22 - is now canceled. Ticketholders who purchased directly from the Fox will receive an email with information regarding refunds.
