If your Twitter timeline has been flooded with ice cream cone emojis, it's not because people are suddenly craving the dessert.

Rapper Gucci Mane has been released from prison, according to TMZ.

The website reports that the Atlanta rapper, whose real name is Radric Davis, was released from prison Thursday morning.

Davis' lawyer, Drew Findling, says the rapper will be on house arrest for a few months.

In 2014, the Atlanta rapper was sentenced to three years in prison after he plead guilty to assaulting a fan who wanted to take a picture with him. A few months prior, Davis had been sentenced to 39 months in federal prison for illegal possession of a firearm. He only had 28 months to serve on the federal sentence and was to serve the aggravated assault sentence concurrently.

According to TMZ, Findling filed a motion a few months ago claiming that Davis hadn't received credit for time that was previously served.
