George Martin tributes pour in from Paul McCartney, Elton John, Quincy Jones

The death of George Martin, the "fifth Beatle" whose influence has resonated in music for decades, brought out numerous tributes on social media.

Paul McCartney tweeted his condolences, but also penned a loving tribute on his website in which he called Martin a "true gentleman" who was "like a second father" to the Beatles bassist.
