George Clinton and P-Funk will return to Atlanta for (another) farewell concert

Well, so much for goodbye.

Even though last week’s George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic concert at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre  was billed as his final Atlanta performance - and for that matter, so was September’s appearance at One Musicfest - the Godfather of Funk will be back (at least) one more time.

Clinton and P-Funk return - this time at the Fox Theatre - with their “One Nation Under a Groove” tour at 7 p.m. July 25. They will be joined by Galactic, Fishbone and Miss Velvet & The Blue Wolf.

Tickets for the show are $35-$75 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. April 12 at www.foxtheatre.org
