Plenty of classic rock – and a nod to the New Wave of the ‘80s – highlights the 2017 Delta Live Nation Concert Series A at Chastain Park Amphitheatre.

Paul Simon, who played the Fox Theatre in May and has hinted that he might soon retire from touring , will return to Atlanta to kick off the Chastain season with a show on June 2.

Bookending the season is the power chord rock of Deep Purple – who are in the midst of their "Long Goodbye Tour" and plan to release the new album "Infinite" on April 7 – with musical mates Alice Cooper and the Edgar Winter Band. They'll perform on Aug. 21.
