Bryan Adams will return to Atlanta this spring as part of his “Shine A Light” world tour.

The Canadian hit machine, who last played here in 2016, will visit Ameris Bank Amphitheatre (previously Verizon Amphitheatre) in Alpharetta on May 11.

Tickets will go on sale at noon on Feb. 22 via www.livenation.com. Prices are TBA. Citi cardmembers can participate in a pre-sale from 10 a.m. Feb. 20 through 10 p.m. Feb. 21 (details at www.citiprivatepass.com).

Every pair of tickets purchased online will include a CD copy of Adams’ “Shine A Light” album, which will be released on March 1. The lead single –the title track – was co-written with new Adams pal Ed Sheeran.

It addition to his parade of radio hits (“Run to You,” “Heaven,” “Cuts Like a Knife,” “Summer of ‘69”), Adams also co-wrote the music and lyrics for “Pretty Woman: The Musical,” currently playing on Broadway.
