[Updated: Flowers has now canceled six dates from Aug. 13-Aug. 19. The tour is supposed to resume Sept. 2 in California.]

Brandon Flowers’ Aug. 17 concert at The Tabernacle has been canceled.

The only reason given was “unforeseen circumstances.” Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.

The Killers frontman has been on the road since late July promoting his terrific solo album, "The Desired Effect." Upcoming dates in North Carolina and Virginia don't seem to be affected.
