Bon Jovi is back with a new song that will please fans of their signature anthemic style.

The single and video for “This House is Not for Sale,” the first single from their upcoming album of the same name, debuted on Friday via all digital retailers.

Scroll down to watch the video.

The album is due Oct. 21 and is Bon Jovi's first major release since 2013's "What About Now." It's also the first official recording without original guitarist Richie Sambora. His replacement, Phil X, can be seen in the video along with Tico Torres, David Bryan, Hugh McDonald and the ageless Jon Bon Jovi.

With a new album ready to drop, can we assume a tour is in the works for 2017?
