Beyonce is pregnant with twins

Blue Ivy is getting a sibling - or two.

In an Instagram post Wednesday afternoon, Beyonce shared:

"We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes."

Blue Ivy, Beyonce's daughter with husband Jay Z, turned 5 last month.

Beyonce wrapped her "Formation World Tour" - which played Atlanta twice last year - in October.

She's slated to headline Coachella this spring.
