Despite the recent opening of "On Your Feet!," the musical that tells the story of Gloria and Emilio Estefan, the Aurora Theatre will temporarily close.

A statement from the Lawrenceville theater noted, “As we navigate the escalating and continually evolving COVID-19 situation, and with the CDC’s recent direction to limit gatherings of more than 50 people, Aurora Theatre is temporarily closing effective immediately. We will continue to evaluate the situation based on the latest information from local and national public health officials and announce a re-opening date as we know more.”

The Estefan musical was slated to run through April 19.

Impacted ticketholders will receive communication via email as it relates to their specific events.
