It’s not as if anyone who enjoys fall and winter wants to start thinking about spring and summer shows yet, but if you’re an alt-J fan, you’ll want to mark your calendars from now.

The British indie-rockers will tour North and South America next year and visit Chastain Park Amphitheatre at 8 p.m. April 4. Those tickets, priced at $25-$35, are on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 21 via all Ticketmaster outlets, www.altjband.com/live, www.livenation.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

This is a non-table set-up show, so coolers and carry-ins will not be permitted.

The band, which won the prestigious British Mercury Prize in 2012 for their debut album, “An Awesome Wave,” will pop by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” for a performance on Dec. 15.
