“Vikki was one of my mentors in the radio business,” said “American Idol” host and radio/television personality and producer Ryan Seacrest, who as a teen worked with Vikki at Star 94. “She taught me a lot and was always generous with her kindness and encouragement. Her voice was an important one in Atlanta and it was a privilege to work with her. She is a class act.”

Added Spanx founder Sara Blakely, who joined Locke on-air many times over the years: “Vikki is an Atlanta institution. I’m forever thankful for the support she has shown me over the years.”

Locke, a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in broadcast journalism, was inducted into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame in 2008 and nominated for a Marconi Award. An avid philanthropist, she has helped raise millions for organizations including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, The Elton John Aids Foundation and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

She'll be joined by Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist Tamsen Fadal and TV/radio personality and founder of Over 40 Females Judy Goss at Tuesday's networking event.
