Every day he's hustlin - except when he's partyin.

Happy birthday to rapper Rick Ross, who celebrated his 39th with a private dinner at Atlanta's Ocean Prime restaurant last week.

Here's what we're told about it:

"The Maybach Music Group honcho, who purchased Evander Holyfield's 109-room Georgia mansion around this time last year, toasted the occasion by popping bottles of his bubbly of choice Luc Belaire.

"After dinner, 'Rozay' was presented with two custom cakes: one in the shape of a Belaire “black bottle” and one of his record label's MMG logo.  The rapper dropped two studio albums in one year and was nominated for two Grammys, so he has good reason to celebrate!

"Guests of the dinner included girlfriend Ming Lee, local music industry friends Dina Marto and Catherine Brewton, and a few members of his MMG family, like Atlanta's own DJ Scream."

Happy birthday sir!
