The legendary Phil Collins sounded nothing short of amazing while performing his 1981 hit "In The Air Tonight" on the "Tonight" show with Jimmy Fallon. Backed by The Roots, Collins' voice was strong and powerful, and Questlove on the drums made the whole thing magical.

Epic though the performance was, we're positively loving Collins' simple outfit. With this much talent on the stage, why fuss with anything besides a navy Polo shirt? Collar popped, please, but No Jacket Required..
