Mourners pouring in to New Birth Missionary Church on their way to Bishop Eddie Long's homegoing service are posting words of sorrow via social media before entering the building. The church has requesting no one use cell phones inside. Keep up with the AJC's live updates from the service here.
"This is harder than I thought it would be," was the simple lamentation posted by Tanya Mitchell Graham.
Long died at 63 on Jan. 15 after battling cancer.
