Ludacris is one busy guy lately, what with a new wife, a new baby on the way, a new recording project and the launch of a new movie.

And just the other day the Atlanta rapper-actor-businessman discussed all his ventures with Ellen DeGeneres.

First, let's talk about that marriage proposal. He and now-wife Eudoxie were en route to Costa Rica in Luda's plane when he directed her attention to the ground. A proposal was spelled out on the ground below.

"I look at myself a pretty romantic guy," he said. "I'm a creative guy. I had to go above and beyond."

He also talked about his latest music project, Ludaversal.

"It has been some time," he said of his recording hiatus. "Sometimes you have to have to take a little time off. After seven consecutive albums you have to go get inspired, live some life,  so you have more to talk about."

"Furious 7" is in theaters starting this Friday.

"Movie dropping, album dropping and baby dropping," he quipped. "We're good!"
