Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will become parents once again, the reality show personality and Internet breaker revealed on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim tells sister Khloé Kardashian in the show's mid-season finale.
