Never-boring Kanye West wants a $1 billion investment from Mark Zuckerberg and says "white media" publications like Rolling Stone and the New York Times should cease commenting on "black music." He says he's $53 million in debt and suggests it would great if some "fashion group" could bail him out. If everyone could stream his new album on Tidal, that would also be great. And textbooks should cost less.

His aspirations exceed the boundaries of music and fashion. He posted an organizational chart for a proposed multi-faceted empire that would encompass everything from medical research to hovercrafts.

It's not exactly clear what he needs Zuckerberg's money for but he promises whatever he has coming will be excellent.

"Shut the (bleep) up and enjoy the greatness," he instructed his followers.
