Here's the lawsuit Bobbi Kristina's estate filed v. Nick Gordon

A Fulton County Superior Court judge has ruled that Nick Gordon was "the responsible party" in Bobbi Kristina Brown's death . The action stemmed from a civil lawsuit, not criminal proceedings, although Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard says the criminal investigation into Bobbi Kristina's 2015 death continues .

Here is the lawsuit, filed by Bobbi Kristina's legal representative, that precipitated the ruling .
