A Fulton County Superior Court judge has ruled that Nick Gordon was "the responsible party" in Bobbi Kristina Brown's death . The action stemmed from a civil lawsuit, not criminal proceedings, although Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard says the criminal investigation into Bobbi Kristina's 2015 death continues .
