"Seinfeld" ended in 1998 but lives on in syndication and in popular culture. Today marks the beginning of the holiday that involves the airing of grievances, feats of strength and a simple aluminum pole.

The invented holiday launched a web site and book with helpful advice although, let's be honest, you're probably doing it all wrong.
