President-elect Donald Trump loves Twitter but clearly views it as a microphone rather than a tool for dialogue. He has more than 17 million followers and follows only 40 accounts in return. Of those 10 are properties or organizations he operates, three are media outlets, nine are friends or his family members, six are Trump campaign operatives or supporters, 11 are broadcasters and one is Vice President-elect Mike Pence.

Of the accounts Trump follows, one the largest blocs has him basically following himself: Trump Organization, Trump Golf, Official Team Trump, Trump Waikiki, Trump National Doral, Trump Charlotte, Trump Vegas Hotel, Trump Hotel Chicago, Trump Washington DC and Trump Los Angeles.

He features a photo of himself with Pence, whom he follows, as his banner image. He follows his wife, Melania Trump, his children Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump; Eric's wife Lara Trump and Donald Jr.'s wife, Vanessa Trump.

Also making the list are close advisors and associates: realtor Katrina Campins, a former contestant on "The Apprentice" whose bio says she is "Donald Trump's surrogate;" senior advisor Dan Scavino Jr., special counsel Michael Cohen, transition team advisor and former spokeswoman Katrina Pierson and former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

Both Campins and Pierson's lead images are photos of themselves with Trump. Lewandowski's features a photo of Trump at a lectern, flanked by American flags and Scavino's is Trump surrounded by supporters at a rally. Trump also follows Diamond and Silk, the duo who energetically stumped for him in their entertaining YouTube videos and on the campaign trail.

Trump follows broadcaster/commentators Greta Van Susteren, Piers Morgan, Joe Scarborough, Laura Ingraham, Bill O'Reilly, Geraldo Rivera, Eric Bolling, Mark Burnett, Ann Coulter, Mika Brzezinski and Sean Hannity. The only media outlets he follows are Fox & Friends, Fox Nation and the Drudge Report.

Rounding out the list are WWE chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, whose wife Linda McMahon is Trump's choice to head the Small Business Administration, and pro golfer Gary Player.
