Jackson got things rolling with a comment to a writer for United Airlines' magazine. Who's the better golfer? he was asked.

“Oh, I am, for sure," Jackson said. "I don’t cheat.”

Oh, snap!

The Donald didn't appreciate that and tweeted:

"I don't know Samuel L. Jackson, to best of my knowledge haven't played golf with him and think he does too many TV commercials - boring. Not a fan."

Jackson, who told the airline magazine that Trump evidently made him a member of one of his clubs without notifying him (and then sent him a bill) responded with an image from Trump's golf club, below.

Trump then kicked things into high gear with a game of I Know You Are, But What Am I? by tweeting "Don’t like Samuel L. Jackson’s golf swing. Not athletic. I’ve won many club championships. Play him for charity!" and then "

I don’t cheat at golf but Samuel L. Jackson cheats—with his game he has no choice—and stop doing commercials!"
