An American cameraman who tested positive for Ebola after covering the outbreak in Liberia for NBC News has posted a number HxsyL6S4 of messages indicating he's on the mend.
"Back on twitter, feeling like I'm on the road to good health," read the first of 33-year-old Ashoka Mukpo's messages. "Will be posting some thoughts this week. Endless gratitude for the good vibes."

He plans to document the ordeal in an upcoming blog.

Mukpo's recovery comes as a Dallas nurse has tested positive after caring for  Thomas Eric Duncan, who died of Ebola.

Tom Frieden, director of Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, "said he would not be surprised if another hospital worker who cared for Duncan becomes ill because Ebola patients become more contagious as the disease progresses," the Associated Press reported. "The CDC now is monitoring all hospital workers who treated Duncan and planned to "double down" on training and outreach on how to safely treat Ebola patients."
