An employee of Yebo Beach Haus, located across the street from the Atlanta History Center and down the road from the governor's mansion, was robbed at gunpoint as he opened the restaurant for the day on Tuesday. The location formerly housed Coast and, years before that, Seeger's.

Yebo owner Justin Anthony related the harrowing ordeal in a Facebook update:

"So unfortunately some bad news to report.. at 9:25 (Tuesday) morning one of our managers at Yebo Beach Haus on West Paces Ferry Road was robbed at gunpoint inside the restaurant as he opened for the day. While they got away with some cash, at least nobody was hurt.

"It seems like the Buckhead area is getting worse and I really hope something is done about the crime that's currently sweeping the area. These criminals do not discriminate about time of day or who they go after, so please remember to always be alert and stay safe!"
