Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta's third annual "Bubbles & Bling"  fundraiser,  held Jan. 30 at the Foundry at Puritan Mill,  raised  nearly $220,000 to further breast cancer research efforts.
Those  enjoying the '80s-themed party included Elaine Elder,  Sharon  Kendrick,  Vicki Celani,  Niki Papadopoulos,  Komen Atlanta Board  President Lila Hertz,  B98.5 FM host Madison James and Susan G.  Komen Greater Atlanta Executive Director Cati Diamond Stone.

Glynn  Jenkins,  director of communications and public relations for  Kroger's Atlanta Division,  received the Promise Award in  recognition for his many years of service and volunteerism. Up next  is the Race for the Cure,  happening May 7 at Lenox Square.
