Brown was rushed to North Fulton Hospital after being found face-down in a bathtub. Roswell Police Department records show that the call went out as a "drowning."
She was revived and rushed to the hospital where she's been in a medically induced coma to address swelling.
Initially the Roswell Police Department released some information about their investigation, noting that authorities had not detected signs of a struggle and had not found any drugs "out in the open."
On Tuesday, a Roswell police spokesperson declined to comment on more recent reports that investigators did find drugs during a subsequent, more thorough search.

Records also show that one of the people in the home when authorities responded to the medical emergency was Maxwell Byron Lomas, 24, of Duluth. He faces drug charges from an arrest last month; his lawyer declined an interview request from Channel 2.
In June 2011, Lomas was one of five people arrested by the Dawson County Sheriff's Department and "charged with consumption of alcohol on a wildlife management area, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime," the Dawson News reported at the time.
