A spot that has been serving up cheesesteaks in Midtown for more than 40 years now has a second location.

Woody's CheeseSteaks soft opened yesterday at 45 Irby Ave. in Buckhead, What Now Atlanta reports. The new location has been in the wWoody's CheeseSteaksorks since January 2018.

The space -- once home to Sabot Shoes -- will feature a kitchen large enough for Woody's to add to its menu with items including French fries and onion rings.

A larger grand opening is planned for later this year once the restaurant gets its liquor license.

The original Woody's has been open at 981 Monroe Drive NE since 1975.
