Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant chain, has announced that it will open its first Georgia location in Kennesaw. The eatery will be located at 745 Chastain Road and doors are expected to open in March.

“We’ve had our eyes on Georgia for quite some time,” said Little Greek president Nick Vojnovic in a press release. “We think Kennesaw is a perfect fit for our first Georgia location." The Tampa-based company has 25 locations in Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky and Texas.

“We are excited to bring the fresh homemade food from Little Greek to Kennesaw,” said franchisee Rob Wolfenden, who will operate the restaurant with business partner Cliff Longshore. “There’s nothing like it in the area.”

The Little Greek Fresh Grill menu includes starters like dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) and spanakopita (spinach pie), various Greek salads and soups, as well as more filling fare that ranges from stuffed pitas and wraps to skewers to moussaka (casserole of eggplant, potato and ground beef).

The Kennesaw location will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offer dine-in, take-out and catering.
