Years ago, cheese was most synonymous with taking photos, at least for me. Outside of cheese puffs (I know, those don't count), I only ate one or two slices of cheese a sandwich. All this changed when I went to a cheese tasting; who knew chomping on squares of cheddar, Muenster, Havarti and more could be so tasty. And, because National Cheeseburger Day is coming up (it’s Sunday, Sept. 18), I have to shout out all the restaurants that offer drool-worthy, satisfying, stop-calorie-counting cheeseburgers on their menus.

All of this brings me today's poll: Which favorite cheese will you add to your burger for National Cheeseburger Day?
