AJC columnist Bill Torpy struck a nerve with his recent column on Atlanta-area restaurants that impose a "no children" policy , including Viande Rouge steakhouse in John's Creek , recently named the most romantic restaurant in Georgia by OpenTable ( though another ranking picked a different romantic restaurant ).

" I think its awesome. Parents today have no respect for other people. ," one AJC Facebook commenter wrote.

" I wish there were more restaurants that banned kids," said another.

What do you think? Should restaurants impose "no kids" bans, or should it be up to parents to remove unruly tots?

Reading the column also begs the question: Which Atlanta-area restaurants are the most-kid friendly? We made some of our own picks , but write your own choice in if you disagree.
