Virginia-Highland tavern Moe's and Joe's to host weekly Piedmont BBQ Co. pop-up
If you're hungry for some barbecue, you're in luck -- there's a new spot to get your fix. Virginia-Highland tavern Moe's and Joe's, located at 1033 North Highland Ave. NE, will launch a new weekly pop-up with Piedmont BBQ Co. beginning tomorrow at 6 pm. The pop-up will be every Wednesday and Thursday for the foreseeable future.
Piedmont BBQ Co., which was previously a pop up at Mother in Old Fourth Ward, is also part of a pop-up at
on Saturday afternoons. The menu includes choice of pulled pork or pulled chicken plus sides.
Moe's and Joe's, which celebrates its 69th year in business in 2016, has made a spate of other changes and additions in the past few years, but remains largely unchanged .
