The North Georgia State Fair is coming up, but you don’t have to wait until mid-September to enjoy one of your favorite fair foods.

We visited Fancy Funnel Cake, a newly-opened eatery focusing on the fried favorite, to get a taste of how funnel cakes are made and what you can top them with (hint: basically anything you can think of within reason).
