If you were heartbroken after Chef Deborah VanTrece announced she was closing her Twisted Soul restaurant in Decatur at the end of last year , we've got some good news for you.

The restaurant -- now called Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours -- has found a new home in West Midtown at 1133 Huff Rd. NW, taking over the space formerly occupied by Bone Lick BBQ , which will close on Aug. 14. Bone Lick's Old Fourth Ward location, which opened last year at 327 Edgewood Ave. , will remain open.

Twisted Soul, which is set to reopen in November, will still feature "modern interpretations of Southern soul food peppered with global influences from Chef VanTrece’s lifetime of travel," a release said. Much of the previous staff will return.

In addition to Twisted Soul, VanTrece also runs the Catering Company by VanTrece and appeared on the NBC cooking competition "Food Fighters" in 2015. She previously owned Edible Art restaurant in East Atlanta.
