Is this Atlanta brewpub's beer the best in the state?

We recognized National Beer Day last week , but for one local brewery, there continues to be cause for celebration.

Business Insider named the Maximus Russian Imperial Stout from Atlanta brewpub Wrecking Bar as the best beer in Georgia, according to reviews from craft beer site RateBeer.com.

The stout, which is aged in barrels and includes flavors of peppers, cinnamon bark, toasted cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans.

Wrecking Bar is riding a wave of recognition -- AJC beer writer Bob Townsend named it one of the best brewpubs in Georgia to get quality beer and food, and gave its fish sandwich a shout out .
