A new concept is taking over the space previously occupied by Mary Hoopa’s House of Fried Chicken and Oysters in East Lake.

George Yu and Michael Lo, who own Korean Wives Hospitality Group restaurant group, are set to open Salaryman in the Hosea and 2nd development at 2371 Hosea L. Williams Drive, Eater Atlanta reports. No details on the restaurant have been released.

Lo confirmed the news to the AJC: “We’ll have more information coming out very soon but nothing more at this time.”

Yu and Lo's other restaurants include Son of a Bear Korean restaurant in OakhurstRamen Station in Grant Park, Suzy Siu's Baos in Krog Street Market and Noona in Duluth. The pair's Taiyo Ramen closed in Decatur last month.

Mary Hoopa's, from One Eared Stag owner Robert Phalen, closed earlier this year. Phalen is slated to open Woodward & Park in The Larkin development in Grant Park this year.

Other concepts at Hosea and 2nd include Poor Hendrix, Mix’d Up Burgers and Greater Good BBQ.
