A restaurant, bar and lounge is slated to take over the Buckhead space vacated recently by 1Kept.

The concept, tentatively titled Apt 4B, comes from Glen and Sim Walker, who also own Negril Village in downtown Atlanta and Ms. Icey's Kitchen in Decatur.

Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group brokered the lease.

1Kept closed at 2293 Peachtree Road NE in September “due to owner relocation.”

The 4,800 square-foot space features restaurant, bar, lounge, outdoor seating, prep-kitchen and open exhibition kitchen areas, while the 2,600 square-foot first floor includes store-rooms, walk-in boxes, delivery entrances, bathrooms, offices and a semi-finished apartment.
