When you think fine dining in Atlanta, you almost inevitably think of Aria and Canoe, two of the city's culinary mainstays for years.

What the two spots have in common are Gerry Klaskala, the chef who helped launch Canoe when it opened in 1995 and has helmed Aria since it opened in 2000.
