A taste of Vietnam is coming to South Buckhead.

Bún Mì -- a combination of the names of traditional Vietnamese dishes bánh mì and bún -- is set to open 11 a.m. May 23 on Peachtree Road down the street from Restaurant Eugene.

The fast casual spot will serve a variety of bánh mì sandwiches and bún bowls made with ingredients including grilled short ribs, garlic shrimp, grilled tumeric chicken and mushrooms. The eatery also offers fresh juices and Vietnamese iced coffee.

The restaurant is dedicated to "responsibility and sustainability," according to a press release, using locally-sourced ingredients and biodegradable products and donating a portion of profits to environmental preservation causes.

Bún Mì will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
