Atlanta rapper T.I.'s embattled restaurant and bar, Scales 925, has closed and will be replaced by a new concept.

What Now Atlanta reports that The League Tavern will take over the space at 30 Ivan Allen Blvd. NW#125 in Atlanta. The spot will reportedly be an upscale sports bar. There is no confirmation on who is involved in the new venture.

T.I. and Scales 925 were sued in July by employees who said they never received their final paychecks.

Scales 925 opened in mid-2015 to much fanfare . AJC food writer Elizabeth Lenhard gave the restaurant zero stars when she reviewed it later that year, calling the food "pretty terrible."
