Recently, the news hit that Leigh Catherall, co-founder of Here To Serve Restaurants , is now the full owner and CEO of the Atlanta-based restaurant group, and that chef Tom Catherall will retire.

Now, one of the company's flagship restaurants, Shout , is set to close on December 23.

Opened in 2005, and located at Colony Square Mall at the corner of 14th and Peachtree in Midtown, Shout could stand in as a symbol of different times and trends in Atlanta dining.

With the motto, "Food, Fun, Flirt," and a clubby rooftop patio with cabanas and a skyline view, it always seemed like a bit of South Beach landed in Woodruff Arts Center world.

The restaurant features plenty of room for large parties and private dining, with a menu that mixes American, Mediterranean and Asian influences, including extensive sushi offerings, and a separate sushi lounge.

Maybe a party like 2005 on Wednesday?
