Chef Jamie Adams and General Manager Leonardo Moura, veterans of the recently-closed Veni Vidi Vici have partnered again. This time, they will be opening an Italian concept restaurant called il Giallo Osteria & Bar. Set to open in the fall in Sandy Springs, the restaurant will feature a chef’s table, where fresh pasta is kneaded based on per-person servings. In the kitchen, Chef Adams will create coastal, cultural cuisines, indicative of the Italian regions where he resided.

il Giallo Osteria & Bar is a highly anticipated regional Italian eatery located at 5920 Roswell Road in the heart of Sandy Springs, serving fresh pasta at an open pasta kitchen, with an emphasis on coastal cuisine highlighting exceptional seafood, charcuterie, shared meat dishes and locally sourced produce. Chef and his team make fresh pasta daily. There are 140 seats including a 12-seat bar amid 8,200 square feet featuring friendly and welcoming service.

Friday – Saturday: 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
