If you've been waiting for something to move into the space at 992 North Highland Highland Ave. left vacant after Aurora Coffee closed its doors in 2013 -- your wait is over.
Highland Bakery's coffee-centric concept Press & Grind plans to open next week, with a full espresso bar with homemade cashew, pecan and almond milk; fresh cold-pressed juices; and a smoothie bar.
The spot will also feature a menu that caters to those with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, raw, dairy-free and paleo-friendly items, but will also feature popular items off Highland Bakery's regular menu.
Press & Grind will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.
This will be the eighth spot from Highland Bakery owner Stacey Eames. Aurora Coffee has one other location in Little Five Points.
