The poké trend shows no sign of slowing down in metro Atlanta .

Amsterdam-based Poké Perfect is set to open its first U.S. location in the former Yogurt Tap space at 419 Church St. in Decatur this spring, according to Decaturish. Locations are also planned for West Midtown and Inman Park along the Beltline by the end of the year,

The concept is the brainchild of Hunter Satterwhite, who, according to his Facebook page, is a former chef at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles and studied at the New England Culinary Institute. He also previously had a stake in the Savannah restaurant Treylor Park.

Poké Perfect's menu is similar to other recent poke additions to Atlanta, including Poké Bar in Sandy Springs and BoruBoru Sushi at Emory Point, offering create-your-own and signature poké bowls (poké, for  the uninitiated, is basically a Hawaiian raw fish dish).
