Trader Vic's: In addition to the regular menu, evening specials will include a grilled flat iron steak with sautéed baby bok choy, scallion, coconut rice and a ginger-garlic brown sauce for $36. The restaurant will be open for dinner from 5-11 p.m.; the bar will close at 1 a.m. Rounding out the festivities will be a live performance at 8 p.m. and champagne toast at midnight. South Main Kitchen : Celebrate the old and new with friends and family while indulging in a seasonal menu. Each guest will receive a complimentary sparkling drink for a toast. The Sun Dial : Bring in the new year while eating, drinking and watching fireworks more than seventy stories above ground. The culinary team will prepare an amuse bouche plus three-course meal featuring options like braised pork cheek, pan seared cobia, NY strip, spiced pound cake and more for $105 per person.

Ponce City Market: For its Gatsby-themed Roaring Rooftop Bash on the roof at Skyline Park, Nine Mile Station and Tower Terrace, guests will be able to toast the new year with unlimited passed champagne, beer, wine and a specialty New Year's Eve cocktail; eat heavy appetizers such as sliders station, caprese skewers and smoked salmon tea sandwiches; enjoy complimentary access to carnival games, an 18-hole mini golf course and three-story slide from 8 p.m.- 1 a.m. Tickets, which are $200 - $350 per person, may be purchased here.

STK Atlanta : Head to this steakhouse for Black Ties and Bubbles, a fete featuring seasonal specials from 5:30-10:30 p.m., a three-hour premium open bar beginning at 9 p.m., music, party favors, a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and more.
