Suwanee's got a new place for you to get a slice.
Peyton's Pie Company opened last week at 1039 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The quick casual concept is from Nicholas St. Clair, who also owns and operates Antebellum in Flowery Branch and Maverick's Cantina, in John's Creek. He named the restaurant after his toddler son.
St. Clair, who got started on the idea for Peyton's after building a brick oven in his backyard, describes the menu as "fram-to-table meets Neapolitan-style pizza," with locally-sourced ingredients, salads and desserts made by his mother-in-law. Peyton's will also feature a beer and wine list featuring several local craft beers.
Peyton's will be open from 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
