If you haven't noticed the spate of poké restaurants opening around metro Atlanta over the past few months, you probably need to get your eyesight checked.
Poké Bar , Poké Perfect, Poké City, Sushi Burri and Boruboru have either opened or announced plans for local locations, and another spot is now joining their ranks.
Sweet Tuna is set to open this fall in the Perimeter Place Shopping Center at 4511 Olde Perimeter Way. It will take the place of the recently shuttered DaVia Italian.
Sweet Tuna's menu is similar to other recent poké additions to Atlanta, offering create-your-own and signature poké bowls (poké, for the uninitiated, is basically a Hawaiian raw fish dish). The restaurant will offer proteins including tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, albacore, octopus, shrimp, scallops or tofu, along with eight toppings including crab meat, cilantro, cucumbers, onions, corn, garlic, jalapenos and tomatoes, according to Tomorrow's News Today.
