More pasta options are coming to Midtown.
Italian restaurant Donetto will open this summer in Midtown's Stockyards development at 976 Brady Avenue.
With a focus on Tuscan cuisine, the menu will include a rotating list of house-made pasta along with shared plates and meat options. The beverage selection will include an extensive list of Italian wines, sodas and the classic Italian cocktail Negroni on tap.
The new restaurant comes from the Indigo Road Restaurant Group, which is behind O-Ku , Colletta and Oak Steakhouse .
The 4,000-square foot space, designed to offer the feel of a Tuscan farmhouse, will include a kitchen-facing pasta bar and wood-fire grill.
