Here are the stories that made a splash in the Atlanta food world this week.

Sabbath Brewing is set to open in East Atlanta by Halloween, What Now Atlanta first reported. The owner is reportedly leaving a prominent Atlanta brewery to start the new business, which will be house in the old EAV Barbell Club at 530 Flat Shoals Ave. SE.

The spot will focus on farmhouse ales, sour beer and IPAs and roasting coffee and espresso are part of the plan for after the brewery opens.
