The Honeysuckle Gelato shop at Ponce City Market sells shakes, scoops and sandwiches. The shake was made with a scoop of dark chocolate and a scoop of bourbon gelato, then topped with whipped cream. There are chocolate chip and brown sandwiches, and a cone of brown butter gelato and honey fig gelato, topped with amaretti crumbles.
